Our company has a qualified team of welders with state qualifications.
Our production capacity includes: arch welding of stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminium.
Manual and automatic welding.
Method: TIG, MIG/MAG, plasma cutter, covered electrode.
Plasma cutting of 3D sheets and pipes of the thickness up to 30 mm.
Metal Process has qualified persons in welding supervision with EWE qualifications, for tests NDT VT2, PT2, as well as the team of welders with the qualifications to weld monitoring and pressure devices, for a wide scope of materials.
The employees of Metal Process have great experience in welding structural, stainless steel and aluminium.
The welding production processes of company are certified by notified bodies in the scope of the following standards:
- EN 1090,
- EN 3834,
- Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC, AD 2000.
